Since 1998, Retracting Solutions has been at the forefront of providing high-quality retractable screening solutions across North Carolina. As the authorized distributor of Phantom Screens, we’ve helped homeowners, builders, and architects enhance their spaces with custom products that offer shade, insect protection, and unobstructed views.
In late 2024, we entered an exciting new chapter as Christopher Wyatt assumed leadership of Retracting Solutions from founders Janice and Jody Ward. Chris—a husband, father, and U.S. Navy Submarine veteran—brings a deep background in operations and leadership, having spent a career both in the Navy and in senior roles at Fortune 500 and high-growth service companies. His hands-on approach and commitment to customer experience are helping to drive the company forward while honoring its trusted reputation.
